This 3 hour interactive workshop offers a respectful, evidence informed space to learn, ask questions, and challenge common myths. No nudity, no partner exercises, and no awkward activities, just practical knowledge that can lead to more confidence, communication, and connection. Led by March, a somatic therapist and sex & intimacy counsellor, the workshop draws on years of supporting individuals and couples navigating intimacy, desire, and pleasure.
