Most of us spend a lot of time making decisions, but not much time asking what those decisions are really guided by. This workshop is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the core values that shape the life you want to build. Through a series of guided exercises, you’ll identify what matters most to you, explore how those core values show up in your daily life, and imagine the person you’re becoming. Along the way, you’ll participate in reflective practices designed to help you uncover your core values, supported by guided visualization, light coaching, and optional group sharing in a supportive space. If you’re at a crossroads, feeling stuck, or simply curious about yourself, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of who you are, greater clarity on what matters most, and a stronger connection to your values, helping you navigate future decisions with more confidence and authenticity. No previous coaching or personal development experience is needed, just a willingness to reflect and explore.
