A grounded, educational and trauma-informed workshop for women to better understand their own bodies, pleasure and consent. Many women have never received clear, practical information about their own bodies or how to guide a partner in a way that truly feels good. Experiences, conditioning and shame can also make it difficult to feel relaxed, present and in control during intimacy. This workshop is here to change that. This workshop is for women who: * Want to feel more confident and informed around intimacy * Are curious but also want to feel safe and not exposed * Value a grounded, non-performative approach to sexuality * Want something deeper than surface-level advice Everyone is welcome exactly as they are. No experience is needed. What this is not: * Not a tantric performance * No nudity or undressing * No touching between participants * No live demonstrations or models Instead, it’s a grounded, respectful and safe space to explore the female body, pleasure, consent and communication. During the workshop, March will cover: * Anatomy and understanding the yoni (vulva) beyond the basics * How arousal works in the body * Pacing, safety and nervous-system regulation * Embodied communication and consent * Approaching touch with more awareness and less pressure * How sexual trauma can affect arousal and desire * Common mistakes that disconnect rather than deepen intimacy The workshop combines explanation, guided reflection and practical frameworks you can take home. No one will be asked to perform, demonstrate or participate in any physical activities with others. March’s work is rooted in somatic therapy and sexology, exploring not just techniques but also how the body experiences safety, tension, pleasure and boundaries. 10 spots available 3-hour workshop 350k per person (250k for local Vietnamese participants) To sign up, contact March directly: WhatsApp: +31 657842061 Instagram: @embodya.by.march
