A short, exciting, and experimental event where strangers come together to make a film. Participants will be put into teams of 2-3 (ideally with people they’ve never met before). You’ll have 2 hours to make a tiny film from scratch. Each team will receive a prompt, a specific film making constraint, and a line of dialogue that needs to appear in the film. Teams are given time to write, shoot, and edit. Teams can shoot wherever they like, even step outside Reality. At the end, everyone comes back and we premiere all the films together. No film making experience needed. No fancy gear needed. Your phone is enough. ⏱️ ~2 hours 👥 Teams of 2-3 🎥 Bring a phone/camera + something you can edit on 🎒 Also bring one small object that means something to you. Don’t ask why. If you enjoy making film and if you’re open to making something fun or even something weird, this is for you.
