A table full of mooncakes. Pots of tea. A few bottles of wine. Lanterns glowing. Strangers becoming friends. Mid-Autumn is traditionally a time for gathering, so that’s exactly what we’re doing. June is hosting the night, sharing a little about Tết Trung Thu in Vietnamese culture. The traditions, the childhood memories, and why mooncakes have such a special place in it all. We will gather around one big shared table for a cozy evening of traditional and modern mooncakes, tea, wine, lanterns, and good company. Eat what you like, try something new, refill your cup, make a lantern, meet someone, and develop unnecessarily strong opinions about mooncake fillings. (There may also be a mystery mooncake involved too 👀🥮) Come alone or bring someone. We’ll all be sharing the table. Ticket: 300K/person Includes: - 5 or 6 mooncake flavors - Vietnamese tea throughout the evening - 3 small wine pours - Lantern making + a little Mid-Autumn fun Limited spot. RSVP required.
