Hi everyone 💛 Most of us know we should be sleeping more. But sleep isn't just about feeling rested. It's when the body does some of its most important work, and what you eat has more influence over that process than most people realize. In this workshop, we'll look at what happens in the body during sleep and recovery, which foods and eating patterns support it, and which ones quietly get in the way. We'll also look at recovery as a bigger picture, because sleep is one piece of it, but stress, movement, and nutrition all play a role too. Whether you're someone who wakes up exhausted no matter how many hours you get, or you're just curious about getting more out of the rest you already have, this one will give you something practical to work with.
