What you post
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You give REALITY permission to show them in the app and on screens at the venue, and to remove them. You can delete your own photos, or your whole account, at any time.

The terms for using the REALITY app at app.realitydn.com. By using the app you agree to them. They sit beside the house rules of the space itself, which apply here too.

The app
The app is run by REALITY, 86 Mai Thúc Lân, Đà Nẵng, Vietnam. It's free. It shows what's on at REALITY and lets you save nights, RSVP, follow event series, get reminders and play along at game nights. It doesn't take payments.
Your account
You can sign in with Google or use the app as a guest. One account per person; keep your Google account secure, because it's the key to yours. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or the house rules.
How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.
Being here
The house rules of the space apply in the app too. In particular:
- Be kind. No harassment, hate, threats or spam.
- Don't pretend to be someone else.
- Only post photos and words that are yours to share. Nothing illegal or sexual, and no photos of people who've asked not to be photographed.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the app's security.
Events, RSVPs and seats
An RSVP or a seat on a limited-spot night isn't a ticket or a table booking. Events can change or be cancelled; we do our best to keep the calendar right.
Game Score
Points and leaderboard places are for fun. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged or redeemed, and membership doesn't change them. Any prizes are handed out at the venue at REALITY's discretion.
Send out (REALITY's team only)
Send out lets REALITY's team post the venue's videos to Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok and YouTube. Only people REALITY has given Media Studio access can use it, and only for REALITY's own accounts. If you use it:
- You need the rights to everything in what you post — footage, music, and the OK of people who appear in it.
- Each post must follow the rules of the platform it goes to: the Meta Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use, Threads Terms of Use, TikTok Terms of Service and YouTube Terms of Service, and their community guidelines.
- By using Send out to post to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Platforms can reject, delay or remove posts. Send out shows what each one reports, but can't control it.
Changes to the app
We may change, pause or remove features. We work to keep the app running, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, REALITY isn't liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Vietnamese consumer protection law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
